You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not prorate mid-cycle cancellations by default.
Credit top-ups are generally non-refundable once used. If a clip fails to render due to an error on our end, the credit for that clip is automatically refunded to your balance — you'll see it reflected in your credit balance right away.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days via the contact page with your account email and transaction details.
